Initially established in 2003 as Baby Safe Hawaii, then Emergency Medical Training Center Hawaii,
we are now Hawaii Medical Training Center LLC.
We have grown in to a full service Medical Training Center.
As Baby Safe Hawaii, our Mission was to provide
In-Home Instruction on Infant & Child emergencies. Our Vision was and still is
this: "Armed with the knowledge and practical experience gained through our specialized
IN-HOME programs, we hope to reduce the number of poor and many times
fatal outcomes often associated with infant and child trauma, illness, poisonings, cardiac arrests,
and most commonly...choking & respiratory arrests".
And our Motto..."WHAT YOU DO BEFORE PARAMEDICS ARRIVE
MAY SAVE YOUR CHILDS LIFE!" is still a solemn part of HMTC's
belief system today. We are still teaching parents today, so their children may see tomorrow.
We've also added, and continue to offer, several Training Programs.
Nationally Certified Phlebotomy Technician, Nursing Assistant, EKG Technician, Emergency Department Technician,
Patient Care Technician. Emergency Medical Technician.
These just to name a few.
We also offer the full range of Emergency Cardiac Care classes by American Heart Association.
HMTC is also affiliated with EVENT MEDICS HAWAII, which provides Hawaii's best On-Site
Emergency Medical & Trauma Care for Special Events.
OUR MISSION
At HMTC, we aim to provide the best possible training in all of our course subjects.
We also encourage all of our students to continue in furthering their educations while actively seeking, or continuing careers in the medical field.
Lastly, we like to think of our graduates as part of the HMTC family, and welcome
them to return as often as they like to practice their skills.
OUR VISION
We see ourselves in the Medical Field as an important and necessary provider of
Medical Education & Training. We hope our efforts will raise the level of competency
that currently exists today by training men and women to become highly qualified and
sincerely dedicated contributors in their prospective Health-Care Careers.
